grilled chicken recipie w/lemon, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil?
about 5 years ago...I found a easy to follow recipie, in a magazine, created by a renown chef...it consisted of grilled chicken breasts with a marinade/dressing made up of redwine vinegar, olive oil, lemon, salt, pepper, garlic, parsley...you would pour some over the chicken as you grill, and save the rest for the fancy lettuce you serve it with...and some crusty bread....does anyone know what I'm talking about...HELP!!!!
I would experment. Probably 1/2 cup rw.vinegar, 1/4cup olive oil, TBS lemon juice,salt & pepper to taste. 1 clove of crushed garlic and 1/2 tsp parsley. Mix it and taste to see if you need to add more of ing.I would paste the chicken as you are grilling it but with the oil make sure you don't put alot on or you could have flames!! Sounds like a good recipe that I might have to try.
