What is required to be considered a Pastry Chef?
Hi. I know that there are cake decorators and then pastry chefs. I am looking into a program that is a diploma for baking and pastry. Would I be considered a pastry chef or is an actual associates of arts in that area be considered a pastry chef?
I have been looking everywhere and can not get a definite answer.

a pastry chef makes only desserts for a bussiness it usually requires you to go to a school . but if you can make many desserts and stuff you will qualify
