I had to chop an onion. What can I do for the burn in my eyes?
hi I know its common for onions to burn the eyes.. but what can i do to help prevent it while im chopping the onion.. OTHER than wear goggles lol.. anything i can do before to prevent? or after to help ease the burn?
I don't know what to do to prevent it, but make sure you wash your hands thoroughly after you are done handling the onion and then rinse your eyes with cool water. I use Visine to help with the irritation.
