I used the flip side of our cutting board to gut and fillet a walleye. It's a large board made of bamboo. I tried dish detergent twice, (we have no dishwasher) and I tried a paste of baking soda, let that dry, and rinsed with vinegar (ya know, the volcano project reaction) and I think that helped... but it still smells.

Any tips for bamboo would be great.
