I used soap and water to clean my pizza stone, can it be saved?
Yes, I did the big no-no and used dish soap to clean my pizza stone before I knew you weren't supposed to. I haven't used it since for fear of the soap taste. Is there a way to remove the soap? Or can it not be used again?
I wouldn't soak it. Mine broke in half after my mother soaked it. The instructions say not to soak mine. (Pampered Chef one.)
I have used dish soap sparingly and the taste never came through. You're probably OK.
