Is doing an arm workout every other day to much?
Biceps: Barbell Curls 3by15
Dumbell Curls 3by20 (i do 20 cause only have 20lb dumbells and its easy)
Hammer Curls 3by15 each arm
Dumbell Curls 3by20
Triceps: Barbell Skull Crushers 3by10
Standing Extensions 3by10
Close grip bench press 3by 10,8,6
Dips 3by15
Forearms: using this hand grip squeezer and it really makes my forearms burn
Thats what i do. People say i should do it every other day but i think thats way too much and my muscles would get used to it. I want to get pretty toned arms, i work my lower body when i run so i dont need to do lower body workouts. Should i find another arm workout thaty maybe focuses on my back and shoulders and do those and that workout above through out the week?
There's not an "arm workout" that focuses on back and shoulders. Those are back workouts and shoulder workouts, not "arm workouts," that do that. Also, I notice you're not working your pecs. In other words, you need a better weekly workout, not this silly little arm workout you have going.
Also, once you pass 15 reps you need to up the weight. You want toned arms and doing more than 15 reps means the weight is too easy for you, like your dumbbell curls.
